Project Inclusion

Project Inclusion is an initiative that aims to provide teachers and special educators with the necessary skills and resources to support students with learning difficulties. The program started with on-ground training sessions across India and received positive feedback from education officers, teachers, and students. Now, Project Inclusion is taking a digital leap with the launch of an app that spreads awareness on a larger scale. The app provides information on creating a "least restrictive" learning environment for students with learning difficulties and promotes equity and equality in regular classroom activities. The courses offered are completely free for teachers and cover topics such as identifying hidden learning difficulties, inclusive classroom management, and early identification of neurodivergent disorders. By empowering teachers, Project Inclusion aims to address the shortage of special educators in schools and decrease the dropout rate among students.

The advantages of the Project Inclusion software are as follows:

- Free courses for teachers: The courses offered by Project Inclusion are completely free for teachers, making it accessible to educators from all backgrounds and ensuring that cost is not a barrier to obtaining essential knowledge and skills.

- Benefits for teachers: Teachers who complete the courses receive a guaranteed certificate, recognition at the state and national level, and the opportunity to develop skills in line with the new education policy. The courses also provide information to help teachers support parents in caregiving and provide counseling.
