PSPCL Consumer Services

Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd (PSPCL) has launched a mobile app called PSPCL Consumer Services App, which allows consumers to register complaints related to electricity supply and billing, view and pay their electricity bills, and check the real-time supply status in their area if they have called 1912 previously. Consumers can also view the status of their complaints and requests through the app. However, this app is only available within India and can only be used if the user has an active Indian mobile number capable of receiving SMS. Support issues should not be submitted in app review comments.

The software provides the following advantages for consumers of Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd:

- Bill Payment: Consumers can view and pay their electricity bills through the mobile app.

- Real-time Supply Status: If users have previously called the helpline number - the app can provide real-time supply status in their area.

- India-specific: The application works only within India and requires an active Indian mobile number that can receive SMS.

- Support Issues: Users are advised not to submit support issues in the app review comments.
