The service is blah in most areas but you get what you pay for... unless you try 5o upgrade and then the app is no help. The app crashes. Asked for log in info 10 time, reset itself, rejected payments and crashes. The app is trash and it's been trash since I started service. Terrible app. Worked fine with my first phone, adding the new one took hours and apparently never took as the app says no device is active and won't let me activate my device.. the device I activated and have been using for a month. App also says my plan is $20 with 'auto re-up' but has ALWAYS charged full price despite signing up for auto re-up. Now I've tried to switch which card it charges and it's unenrolled me and I can't make a payment. Service ends tomorrow and I'm considering leaving.2024-06-25 08:22:57

Not having any fun...love the way I pay my bill and you turned off my data....stating that I used to much last month. What the h...how about a warning then. Instead you cut me off after I pay and then make it impossuble to add on data when it was crucial ti have when I needed it. Also everytime I sign up for rewards the app. Says I am earning. Never again Never buy from simple mobile any product. Bad return policy. It will take for ever to get your money back and you have to pay for the shipping. Bad customer service. I had to call about 8 time and each time they hung up on me when they new i was goin to return the product. Thanks simple mobile. I used to be able to get into my account to check my account and remaining service. Now I have to log in EVERYTIME and it tells me I can't access it EVERYTIME! I used to enjoy the the relative convenience of this app. Now I am strongly leaning toward a new carrier that treats their customers well. I can't even set up my voicemail. the phone service is non existent, I can't make calls or texts.. data is completely worse zero connection to anything my review was only possible because of my home Wi-Fi.. customer service even laughed while I was explaining my situation..
