The concept is great and I always use this app when deciding where to shop for clothes, however it would be a lot better if you could filter the shops by rating, country nd price range, just so we can discover nice sustainable brands we wouldn't otherwise know about. Love this app, it has made it so much easier to shop ethically. I've quickly been able to verify which brands live up to their ethical/sustainability claims and also find new great brands. App is a good idea, lacking refinement. There are a few features that would make the app so much better. Like a simple 'browse' option without having to search. Being able to filter results for specific gender, cost, etc. The cost is the most jarring thing about this website. Some places rated $$ sell socks for £50 a pair. Others sell shirts for less than that. I found a $$$ rated website selling jeans for £500, when generally these ratings are cheaper. Cheap options are available though2024-06-29 15:36:06

I love the idea of the app, but it does not work. After one or two uses when it is first downloaded, the app gets stuck on a perpetual loading screen. Every other aspect of the app is organized perfectly and is an incredible source, but the app is barely useable, if at all. I keep hoping that I will get a notification that the app has been fixed, but I don't believe that anything has been done. Great app. Used to love it but as a lot of other people are saying nothing's loading anymore... Tried to send a msg in the app to the team to let them know but that wouldn't send either. Followed some advice from the team on other people's comments to delete and reinstall and now it won't let me sign in. It just keeps loading.
