Cherry VX

Cherry VX is a virtual reality simulation for Meta Quest and PC that places users in a cyberpunk entertainment suite to interact with detailed virtual models; the demo is available for direct download here, access to the full Meta Quest release requires a one-time US $15 pledge through the developer's support page, and the complete PC edition is distributed separately. Cherry VX focuses on immersive, player-led interactions and includes a model customizer, multiple positions, a D-mode hip-controlled interaction that does not require full-body tracking, and dynamic audio and facial responses. This title is intended for adult users only.

Key features include a selection of high-quality models with diverse clothing and looks, a D-mode option that enables convincing hip-controlled interaction using a single controller mounted at the waist, a preset manager allowing up to 50 personalized model presets, and a variety of interaction options with multiple positions per model plus limb posing and responsive animations. The experience also offers hands-free modes, large in-room viewing screens, realistic sound design, facial animation and physics-driven movement for more natural presentation.

Advantages

Cherry VX emphasizes non-passive gameplay that lets the player lead interactions and shape each encounter. Mechanics and content are consistent across Quest and PC builds so playstyle remains familiar on both platforms. D-mode works without full-body tracking and supports both left- and right-handed players. Disadvantages

Only the Meta Quest demo is available for direct download here; the full Quest build is obtained via the developer support pledge. The Quest release uses optimized models and reduced texture detail compared with the PC edition to preserve performance on mobile hardware. The project is intended for adults and is not suitable for minors.

Development Team

The title is produced by the studio behind Cherrytech, which continues to develop new models and content and plans ongoing updates and additions for Cherry VX.

Version Information

The Quest and PC builds share the same core mechanics and content, but the Quest version has been optimized for mobile hardware: heavier shaders and GPU tessellation used on PC were replaced and some environment assets were simplified so the mobile platform can sustain higher frame rates while preserving the core interaction experience.
