Project Egris is a choice-based visual novel that drops players into a dystopian, cyberpunk-tinged world where every decision shapes character stats, relationships, and how scenes unfold. You awaken in Egris with no memory or known powers and must unravel mysteries, resist a conquering force called Moria, and deal with gods and anomalous beings who oppose your presence. The game mixes violence, fantasy, romance, and humor across richly rendered scenes, offering roughly 45-60 minutes of play for the opening chapter and more time if you replay different gender paths to explore alternate dialogue and visuals.

Fallen Genesis is the creator behind Project Egris and the World of Egris setting. After an early public release the project was rebranded and restarted to improve storytelling and presentation. This is the developer's first major project and they continue to learn rendering and narrative craft; feedback is encouraged. Contributors from modding communities are acknowledged, and creators are invited to contact the developer for proper credit if their assets appear in the game.
