Throughout the game’s storyline and side quests, your party will frequently encounter various types of Humans. One particularly fearsome adversary is Homo Flaemo, who stands between you and obtaining the sacred Drakadios Lance—a key item you need to continue your journey with Louis at the Dragon Temple.

Before confronting Homo Flaemo, you've likely battled numerous echoes of this Human throughout the dungeon. While you can avoid these encounters, defeating these echoes rewards you with valuable items and provides a glimpse of what to expect in the upcoming boss fight.

After restoring power to the elevators deep within the dungeon, you’ll need to take the II elevator to the floor where Homo Flaemo is hiding. However, the boss won’t immediately engage in battle and will instead attempt to flee. To trap Homo Flaemo and initiate the fight, you must close all the gates on that floor by activating three switches scattered across the map. Each switch is marked on your map, and once all three are triggered, you’ll trap the boss, allowing you to confront it directly.
