In the upcoming Version 1.2 update for Zenless Zone Zero, players might get a chance to unlock Lucy for free. The new update, set to launch next month, will introduce a host of new characters, including Burnice White and Caesar King. According to recent leaks, several A-Rank units, such as Lucy and Piper, will be featured in the upcoming banners.

Starting September 25, Zenless Zone Zero's Version 1.2 will showcase a selection of S-Rank and A-Rank agents. The first phase of the update will highlight Caesar King, Lucy, and Soukaku, while the second phase will add Burnice White, Piper, and Billy to a limited-time Signal Search. Most of these characters are affiliated with the Sons of Calydon faction but serve different roles within their teams.

Lucy’s Free Availability in Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.2

Recent leaks from Flying Flame suggest that Lucy will be available as a free agent in Version 1.2. Players can reportedly obtain her after completing the Overlord's Banquet event. This free character will likely be a one-time reward accessible for a limited period, unlike other free characters in Zenless Zone Zero, who may be available longer.

Event Details and Lucy’s Role

If the leaks are accurate, Lucy will be the first character offered as an event reward in Zenless Zone Zero. Her free banner is expected to run during the first part of Version 1.5, from September 25 to mid-October. Details about the Overlord's Banquet event, which will reveal more information about Lucy, will likely be shared during a special livestream dedicated to the update.

Lucy, an A-Rank agent, utilizes Fire attributes to deal damage. She excels in a support role, providing a team-wide ATK buff and summoning guard boars that inherit her critical damage and rate. Her ultimate ability involves launching guard boars in sequence to deal AoE Fire damage and recover 10 energy for her team.

New Fire Agents in Version 1.2

In addition to Lucy, Version 1.2 will introduce another Fire-wielding character, Burnice White, who will serve as a DPS with an Anomaly specialty. Like Caesar King, Burnice White will be an S-Rank rarity. Players can anticipate her dealing damage over time (DoT) and inflicting various debuffs on enemies, adding to the game's dynamic combat options.
