A recent discovery by a dedicated Valorant player reveals that the highly anticipated Battle Replay feature might be making its way to the mobile version of the popular hero shooter. Since its initial release for PC in 2020, Valorant has risen to become one of the most beloved 5v5 shooters, and now, the excitement is building as the game prepares to launch on mobile devices.
In 2024, Valorant made its long-awaited debut on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, expanding its reach to console players. Although PC and console gamers can’t yet face off against each other, the addition of new agents and the game’s arrival on consoles was enough to thrill the community. With the console launch complete, Riot Games is now shifting its focus toward enhancing the overall game experience by rolling out highly requested features.
A user by the name of ValorantMobileX recently uncovered that a new Battle Replay feature is currently being tested in the mobile version of Valorant. Players in China have been invited to participate in an Alpha test as Riot Games prepares to bring the hero shooter to mobile platforms. The Battle Replay mode will give players the ability to rewatch entire matches—both ranked and casual—complete with each agent's stats. However, it’s important to note that this feature is currently exclusive to mobile, with no confirmation of its availability on PC or console versions. Despite this, the replay feature could be incredibly useful for players aiming to study their opponents’ movements and refine their strategies.
- Advanced Training Mode
- Battle Replay Mode
- Mobile-exclusive Maps
- Team Deathmatch Mode
In addition to the much-anticipated Battle Replay feature, Valorant Mobile introduces an Advanced Training Mode. This allows players to master the game’s mechanics, including advanced techniques like jump peeks—maneuvers used to scout around corners while minimizing exposure to enemy agents. The mobile version also offers an exclusive Team Deathmatch mode, which randomizes agent abilities for each match, as well as new maps that are not yet available on other platforms.
Fans are understandably excited about the prospect of rewatching their Valorant matches, as well as the chance to fine-tune their skills in a specialized training environment. However, it’s worth noting that Riot Games is known for maintaining balance across all platforms, and there’s been no official word on whether these mobile-exclusive features will make their way to PC or console versions anytime soon.
As players eagerly await further updates, one thing is certain—Valorant will continue to evolve. Riot Games recently rolled out a major patch addressing several bugs and tweaking agent abilities, including improvements to Brimstone’s Incendiary and Viper’s Snakebite Ground Spreading. With ongoing support, Valorant’s future looks brighter than ever.
