If you’re aiming to unlock the 'What a Trip' trophy in Astro Bot, you’ve come to the right place. This guide will walk you through the steps to defeat seven enemies using a Tripcaster.
To earn the 'What a Trip' trophy, you’ll need to head into the Machine Learning stage on the Feather Cluster planet. This level becomes available after you defeat the world’s final boss, Falcon McFly. Once the boss is taken down, the Machine Learning stage unlocks, giving players the opportunity to step into the shoes of Aloy, the hero from PlayStation's Horizon series.
As you progress through the level, you’ll reach a point where you transform into Aloy and gain access to her signature bow. Soon after, you’ll encounter pinkish-purple ropes of electricity that pose a threat to anyone who touches them—including enemies.
These electric tripwires will damage the monsters as well, and this is key to earning your trophy. Your goal is to navigate around the wires and lure enemies into running into them. Be careful, though—if you use your double jump boosters over the wires, they’ll be destroyed. To avoid this, stick to single jumps and carefully dodge both the enemies and the electrified ropes.
Once you’ve successfully led seven enemies into the electric wires, the 'What a Trip' trophy will be yours to claim in Astro Bot.
