Fortnite: Unveils Exciting Collaboration with Domino's Pizza

Domino's, the beloved pizza chain, is joining forces with Fortnite to introduce an innovative collaboration that merges the virtual and real worlds. As part of the Emergency Pizza Program, players can earn a free pizza within Fortnite. While the concept isn’t entirely new, this marks Domino's first partnership with Epic Games.

Fortnite has a rich history of unusual and creative collaborations, showcasing an extensive array of popular characters, skins, and items. Recent updates have introduced Disney icons like the Incredibles, alongside legendary horror figures such as Leatherface from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Billy the Puppet from the Saw series.

Epic Games continues to expand its horizons, having partnered with The Walt Disney Company earlier this year to create even more engaging experiences. Although specifics about this collaboration are yet to be revealed, Disney is eager to integrate its franchises and products into the ever-expanding universe of Fortnite. In the midst of this excitement, Domino's has rolled out a new promotion specifically targeting Fortnite players.

Domino's has announced the return of its Emergency Pizza Program, now with a unique twist: players can earn a free pizza while playing Fortnite. Customers who place an order for delivery or carryout worth $8 or more will receive a coupon for a free medium two-topping pizza as part of this program.

This promotion will be featured in a limited-time Fortnite game mode where two teams battle for total "Domin-ation." In a press release, Domino's elaborated on the collaboration, stating, "Domino's makes its debut in gaming, integrating Emergency Pizza into their new Fortnite game called The Glitch. Experience a Domino's-branded 'Red vs. Blue' player map where teams compete against each other for 'Domin-ation' by capturing and maintaining control of a Domino's storefront."

Domino's Offers Exciting Rewards for Gamers

Describing the campaign as being tailored "specifically for gamers," Domino's has ensured that anyone with a rewards account can participate. The revamped Emergency Pizza Program is valid now through January 19, 2025, although the Fortnite promotion's expiration date remains unclear.

Initially launched last fall, the Emergency Pizza Program was part of a $1 million pizza giveaway. Earlier this year, Domino’s CEO Russell Weiner remarked that the program "performed better than any BOGO deal [he] has done in [his] career."

As previously mentioned, Fortnite fans are accustomed to various collaborations, regardless of how unexpected they may be. The current season, titled Absolute Doom, revolves around Marvel Comics, allowing players to engage with a diverse roster of iconic superheroes and villains.

In this season, players are tasked with confronting Doctor Doom and can equip some of the most transformative items in Fortnite history. The Chapter 5 Season 4 update is set to conclude on November 2, 2024, and anticipation is already building among fans about what exciting developments lie ahead.
