Tower of Fantasy: Ling Han Simulacrum & Frozen Tundra Update

Tower of Fantasy is set to release a new Simulacrum character named Ling Han on October 24th. This release will coincide with the game's version 3.3 update, bringing new content for players to enjoy. Ling Han will be a limited edition Simulacrum available in this upcoming update.

The version 3.3 update, titled "A Sword Dance of Ice," takes place in Marshville, a once thriving region that has now turned into a frozen tundra. Marshville has been heavily invaded by darkness, and two mysterious Black Jade Ruins stand as enigmatic structures yet to be fully understood. The Marshville Mansion serves as the headquarters for the Baihu Guards and other related institutions, playing a crucial role in facing the challenges posed by the harsh conditions of Marshville.

Other notable locations include the Tramway Terminal, which facilitates the transportation of resources and personnel, and The Department of Yuheng, which has grown in importance due to its strategic guidance against the darkness. Ling Han, despite her reserved nature, possesses immense strength and shows no mercy to her enemies. She embarks on a quest to uncover the truth behind her mentor Nan Yin's transformation into darkness and seeks vengeance for those affected by his corruption.

Ling Han is a Frost DPS character who wields the Overseer weapon. Equipping two or more Frost weapons activates the frost resonance effect, increasing Frost ATK by 20% and Frost Resistance by 40%. This effect applies to off-hand weapons as well but does not stack with Frost Resonance. Ling Han also possesses SS-shatter and A-charge abilities, making her particularly effective at breaking shields and dealing damage to weakened enemies.

In addition to the new character, Tower of Fantasy offers exciting Halloween events for players to enjoy. The "A Sweet Night of Horror" event allows players to battle three random enemies and earn candy prizes, which can be exchanged for special rewards at the in-game store. The "Wandering Jack-O-Lantern" event features pumpkin gift boxes appearing every 2 hours at the pumpkin lantern area on Mirramoon Street in Mirroria, allowing players to collect and redeem up to 5x boxes. Lastly, the competitive "Maze of Dread" event involves eight players, where one transforms into a ghost, and the remaining players must chase them in a maze-like environment. Rewards are awarded based on the points collected during this thrilling pursuit.
