In Astro Bot, the Balloon Breeze level is located within the Camo Cosmos system, unlocked only after completing the Hieroglitch Pyramid stage. This level features ten collectibles—seven Bots and three Puzzle Pieces—along with a secret exit that transports players to a new Lost Galaxy stage. Finding all the collectibles is straightforward, but locating the secret exit can be quite challenging, as it requires players to retrace their steps early in the level. This guide will walk you through each collectible and how to find the elusive secret exit.
The first Puzzle Piece is situated atop a flower at the start of the stage. To access it, you'll need to use the red ladybug enemy to help reach the piece.
The first Bot is hanging from a purple flower near the initial Puzzle Piece. Again, you’ll need the red ladybug enemy to reach this Bot.
After obtaining the pufferfish power-up from the giant robot, turn around and look for a distant floating island. Use a combination of the ladybug enemy, Astro’s boosters, and the pufferfish power-up to get to this island. You’ll find a blue flower here—perform a spinning punch next to the flower to reveal another floating island. From there, use the disc-firing device to cut down the bamboo, and then use Astro’s booster to navigate around the circular platform. This will uncover the Balloon Breeze Lost Galaxy warp portal.
Once you have the pufferfish power-up, locate a cameo Bot inspired by Namco’s Klonoa games on top of the giant robot’s head.
Shortly after, you’ll find a floating island with two pufferfish enemies. On the left side of this island, near a wooden plank, there are two cables sticking out of the ground. Pull the left cable to reveal the second Puzzle Piece.
In the next segment, the giant robot will water the flowers, causing them to grow. On the left side of this area, you’ll find a Bot clinging to a purple flower.
A bit further along, you’ll encounter a platform with a plant pot and a giant yellow caterpillar. Use the pufferfish power-up to deflate the caterpillar, revealing a Bot inspired by Boku from Boku no Natsuyasumi hidden inside the plant pot.
After rescuing the Boku Bot, use the pufferfish power-up to enter the giant robot’s watering can, where you’ll find the fifth Bot swimming around.
The sixth Bot is carried by a bee enemy above a floating island with two colorful mushrooms.
The final Puzzle Piece is floating above a large blue inflatable whale in the stage's concluding section.
After collecting the last Puzzle Piece, jump onto a spinning white and yellow flower. To the right, on top of a cloud, you’ll find the last Balloon Breeze Bot.
Use this guide to efficiently locate all Bots, Puzzle Pieces, and the secret exit in Balloon Breeze. Happy collecting!
