It is available for young people aged 13 to 25 who are educated in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region and have specific student statuses. The app connects beneficiaries with cultural and sporting partners throughout the region, allowing them to register, use their benefits, make payments, and track their consumption. Partners can also connect to the app to carry out transactions and view transaction history. If you do not have partner access, you can submit a request on the e-PASSJEUNES website.

- For various educational statuses: The app caters to different educational statuses, including high school students, apprentices, health and social care students, vocational training trainees, students in BTS or preparatory classes for grandes écoles, students enrolled in Family and Rural Houses (MFR) or medical-educational institutes (IME), young people enrolled in local missions, 2nd Chance Schools, and Service Civique programs.
