The app displays open calls with full details — location, vehicle information and a clear problem description — and lets members mark themselves available, view assigned responders and track response history. Push notifications and location-based filtering help volunteers focus on nearby incidents, while Do Not Disturb schedules prevent interruptions when needed. Active members with valid credentials can sign in using two-factor authentication and manage devices and account settings.
