If you want 5 stars, make it more trustworthy, "use two way authentication". E.g., currently,only id and password are required to login into khalti app. Take SIM card into consideration as well. Worst app seen ever. Cant transfer fund without filling KYC form. When filling KYC form then its again and again showing "Please add your passport size photo and one or more images of your front and back document". I had to mute all notifications including important ones because you give so many unnecessary ads as notifications. I went to the settings and selected not to sent me unnecessary notifications. If you guys could just figure out not to send me stupid notifications about movie tickets and flights it would be a great app. I will use it for whatever I need. Was good in the beginning but now it's getting worst. Customer support even worst. Paid Credit card bill but then they never paid that sum. After 18 days when i received the statement then only found out. They refunded but Now I have bad credit ratings plus I have to pay interest. Never using again.2024-01-15 00:19:01

Security is weak. No mpin, biometric security during transaction. Keep hanging or cracking. Regular use=bad experience. But ane thing I felt good is quick response! This is an update review. Khalti is doing good. But one thing I am not understanding, it comes with regular update although app keeps crashing, during sim activation it takes about 2-3 minutes per one photo upload.. this is not good.2024-01-14 08:28:25

The application is good ui and the graphic interface are simple and sharp fast .but 1 thing annoys me is there ain't no feature in khalti settings to mute those vibrating notifications i get when khalti gives some notices. hope the developers fixes this problem as soon as possible2024-01-13 19:43:18
