Discounts are good. But app experience is not good. 1 issue that I face frequently isthat once user is asked to sign in with mobile number again then all the items added in basket disappears. Order atta and olive oil. Showed delivery ost 15 days. I didn't lose my patience. I tried cancelling the product as it was takig too long it didn't allow me to cancel it. After the wait I realised the status of shipped and cancelled showed for today where in nothing has been delivered. So money is stuck for almost a month since a placed order and not able to reach support through chat too.2024-01-05 16:15:23

I had worst experience with their customer support team. They don't resolve the issues. The SMS sent to me shows the problem resolved and provide a link, but once you click on the link it directly opens the Jiomart App, but doesn't show resolution remarks and displayed a message to raise a new request. Old fashioned slow app Placed an order using a coupon but got cancelled because of "Technical Reasons". Helpline is just there to say sorry. Didn't even return the coupon after they cancelled the order because of Technical Reasons. Worst App & Worst Service Ordered 3 items from the available items in Jiosmart and just 1 item was shipped. There is no sync between the available items in store and as shown in the App. Please don't waste time on this App. After 2 days of your order you will get to know that order was automatically cancelled.2023-12-26 20:05:52

Pathetic app. They don't deliver to the address mentioned rather they will cancel the order without any reason. This happend more than 20times to me. Workers or driver who is responsible for delivering are very rude to the customers. Sometimes they will deliver the order but will miss the items wantedly and will not issue any refund as well.
