App trick me into paying double. Paid by credit card; first transaction successful until OTP but pop up message that top up failed, refreshed app within the minute no changes. Then transacted second time success, but both transactions charged to card and then both credit value entered into account. Unnecessarily take my money, give me back my money. 1. During installation, I am unable to enter the slashes for the birth date. I had to push the back button for months all the way back to 1961! 2. Since this is an app used in Malaysia, the date format should be dd/mm/yyyy and not mm/dd/yyyy. 3. This app need a function to turn off promotional notifications. It is annoying and pointless to keep receiving non related notifications.
