The MyMCI app offers various services for mobile users. Users can view and manage their SIM cards, including paying bills, dividing debts, and viewing payment history. There is also an option to increase credit for permanent subscribers to avoid disconnection. Users can view their credit balance and purchase different charging types. The app also provides an emergency umbrella service for credit subscribers. Users can manage their active packages and activate various incentives like birthday gifts and payment acceleration gifts. The app also allows users to transfer credit, buy new SIM cards, and convert credit SIM cards to permanent ones. Other features include managing roaming services, caller ID, voicemail, and viewing active content services. Users can also contact support, participate in surveys, and provide feedback. Biometric entry is also available.

The six advantages of the My MCI app are:

- View and manage services: Users can view and manage all SIM cards in two simple and advanced modes. They can also view details, make instant payments, divide debts and pay in installments, and view payment histories.

- Increase credit balance: Permanent subscribers can increase their credit balance to avoid disconnection, especially when using international roaming. Users can view the credit balance by charging type and purchase different charging types. They can also view the purchase history of previous chargings.
