This app is terrible. I purchased a ticket in the app, but it wasnt viewable in the app, nor was it delivered to my email. It was visible in the MLB Ballpark app. Because of that, I was not able to sell the ticket in Vivid Seats bc only physical ticket or PDF were listed as delivery options. For another game, I couldn't accessy tickets bc it said I needed to click a link in a verification email. When I clicked the link in the email, it said verification failed.2024-04-23 12:51:54

Horrible experience. Purchased a $90 parking ticket for a NFL game. Had to download the app to view the ticket. Download was easy but when attempting to view the ticket, impossible. Every attempt was a verification email to confirm it was me trying to view. When you click confirm on the verification email it cycles back to the app and says "Fail"...every time! I have bought all my tickets through the 2022 season through vivid seats and every time it's "congratulations on your first stamp!". The whole incentive is to earn that free ticket after 10 stamps but they never have given me more than 1 stamp. I've called customer service about this and even after confirming multiple purchases through the app I only get credit for one. It's a waste of time.
