Their pricing policy if broken beyond belief. You travel from Leipzig to Breslau and cost is around 30eur. But when you travel from Breslau to Leipzig cost of 50%,less while diesel price is only 10% differnece. These people are full of dudu. In addition service charge of 25% is beyond reasonable. The app and search algorithms are very well done however fees really are excessive and above all I find that showing the cancellation rate of a driver on their profile is a very good idea but it must also be done for the passengers ! How many cancel at the last minute having occupied a place that someone else more serious could have taken! It's not fair that it only goes one way.
