The so-called "yums fidelity program" has been changed without much advertisement. Until recently, you could redeem your yums for an additional reward. As for now, you can either use your discount OR enjoy the x% off your meal. The fidelity program is no longer useful, and I feel like having been stolen 50€. The design is good. But the system is useless. I used their promotion code and saw the expected amount of of Yums on the final booking page. But after the booked meal they said the code didn't go through. What could I do to prove it? Recording my screen? Please indicate that on your website when giving out the code. I signed up to this app because the restaurant used it. When I signed up I was told that I would receive 1000 yums ($20) for doing so. I received no points and was told it would take "a few days and the discount would be taken off the following booking". I made another booking 11 days later and still nothing. I wrote a review for both restaurants but only received points (150 yums) for the second review. Now it has been 22 days since my initial restaurant visit and my balance is only 150 points.2024-04-21 15:38:02

This was the first time that I have used the app and I have found one of the best place to eat in a town I don't know so well. My guests were enthusiastic! Best point: for a last minute invitation you don't need to waste time on the phone (email!) then at the same time you can send the invitation WA. Brilliant!2024-04-21 15:08:09

Reservations made through the app are liable to be cancelled by the establishment, so I wouldn't use it unless I want to expect surprises.
