UPDATE** Fast response and resolution from my posting here. Thanks! For the last week or so, the app will not access any recordings. "Unable to retrieve Recordings". On my Galaxy phone, wifes Iphone, and online, all the same. You can see scheduled recordings . All recordings are available in the home. Spent more than an hour with support but no resolution. They left the ticket open and had my DVR replaced. Would really like to get to the bottom of this!2024-01-04 17:38:12

Can't use on old android. Tells me to turn off screen mirroring and I don't have anything turned on. It worked before tonight. Not happy since Comcast charges so much for everything. I pay for this so it should work. NOT HAPPY2023-12-17 18:56:23
