A good app, not good, the best app offered by "NCELL COOPERATION" . I loved it. It was running nicely till last update. Now its crashing a lot (100%). After updating it, i am unable to open it. Well my phone is completely nice. All other apps are fine except Ncell app. Please fix its crashing,

This app is average good...to send sms and buy voice and data packs. But one of the worst things is.. when we want to see call history it send pin number which sometimes come and sometimes didn't come. And one thing must be needed in last 10 transaction call detail with time summary. Thank You

I have been scammed into paying for services, that I didn't consent for. I also deactivated the service within 2 minutes of it being actived, but only to find out after few days later that the service was still active and recurring costs had to be payed. I contacted customer service but it was of no use. It's very surpring to see a company like Ncell using such pathetic sales scams. Very disappointing.

Iam shocked to learn that Ncell app has the ability to access it's customers privacy for example picture gallery, documents and whatever is stored in their mobile phone.In the process of updating a new version of this app, when i tried to click on App permission it says you can disable the permission in settings.I tried to find this option but unfortunately, I couldn't discover it. Isn't a breach of Law and order to have an access to such a sensitive area of concern? Please Clarify.

The only thing working are the notifications, the app still stuck at the loading screen. ... Still stuck at loading screen even after 6 months, still not fixed, bad user experience. last time it worked after clearing all cache and restarting device and setting ncell as the primary sim, but not even that working anymore.

Time wasting app; I downloaded this app, I logged in and started the app, it worked fine but when I tried to start 2nd time, it's taking me to again sign in page (starting page), again asking mobile no. & OTP. I typed my mobile number and waited for OTP but I didn't receive any, I pressed resend button repeatedly but nothing received, now it's showing OTP count exceeded. Is it some kind of prank with users??
