Laundry POS puts your laundry business on your phone, replacing spreadsheets with a lightweight point-of-sale and order management tool that keeps orders, customer records, payments, and basic finances in one place. Designed for small and medium laundries, Laundry POS helps owners and staff create and track order flows, speed up repeat service, print receipts, and generate income and expense summaries with optional cloud sync for up-to-date information when online.

Store and manage customer profiles to speed up repeat orders and maintain contact information for reminders or pickups. The app records multiple payment methods per transaction including cash, bank transfer, e-wallets, and QRIS for clear accounting.

Manage up to four outlets from the same account and switch between locations for small multi-outlet operations. Use built-in QR scanning and Bluetooth thermal printing support, and export or share order data in common formats for bookkeeping or backups.

Advantages

Laundry POS synchronizes selected data to the cloud so staff can access current order and financial information from a smartphone when connected. Secure sign-in options (email, Google, or Apple) and central reporting features help consolidate orders, payments, and expenses into readable summaries for routine business reviews.

Disadvantages

The app requires an internet connection for cloud synchronization and remote access to the latest data. Some features need device permissions such as camera for QR scanning, contacts for importing numbers, or Bluetooth for printers and these must be enabled in device settings. Multi-outlet support is limited to up to four outlets, which may not suit larger chains.
