Schlotzsky's Rewards Program

Schlotzsky's Rewards Program is the official loyalty app from Schlotzsky's that makes earning points, ordering food, and accessing exclusive offers fast and simple. Designed for regular guests and newcomers alike, the app centralizes digital ordering, rewards tracking, and personalized deals to streamline visits and save money on sandwiches, salads, and sides.

Key Features at a Glance

The Schlotzsky's Rewards Program brings together practical tools to help you get the most from every visit. The app puts your reward balance front and center, enables quick order creation, and delivers targeted offers based on past purchases. Users can view past receipts, save favorite meals, and redeem rewards at checkout for immediate discounts.

• Points Tracking: Watch points accumulate with every qualifying purchase and see how close you are to the next reward.
• Mobile Ordering: Place pickup or delivery orders without waiting in line, with the ability to customize ingredients and meal options.
• Exclusive Offers: Receive member-only coupons, birthday perks, and seasonal promotions tailored to your account.
• Favorites: Save regular orders for one-tap reordering when you need a quick lunch or dinner.

How the Rewards System Works

Joining the Schlotzsky's Rewards Program is straightforward: create an account, place a qualifying order, and start earning points. Points accumulate based on purchases, and the app clearly shows redemption thresholds so you always know what rewards are available. Redemption is handled in-app during checkout or by presenting a digital code in-store for staff to scan.

Ordering, Payment, and Pickup

Mobile ordering through the app reduces wait time and gives you control over pickup timing. Choose your preferred location, select pickup or delivery, and opt for contactless pickup if available. The payment flow supports saved cards and secure in-app checkout, and digital receipts are stored for easy reference. For users who pick up frequently, the app often offers time-saving options like scheduled pickup windows.

Personalization and Notifications

The app learns your preferences to surface relevant promotions and recommend items you might like. Push notifications can alert you to limited-time discounts, expiring rewards, or a reward milestone approaching. You can manage notification settings to receive only the updates that matter to you, ensuring the app remains helpful rather than intrusive.

Performance and Compatibility

Schlotzsky's Rewards Program is optimized to run smoothly on a wide range of Android devices. The interface focuses on clarity: large buttons for ordering, clear balance displays, and intuitive navigation between menus, offers, and account information. Regular updates aim to improve stability, reduce load times, and add support for the latest payment and security standards.

Security and Account Management

Security is handled through standard account protections and secure payment processing. The app allows you to update contact details, view order history, and manage saved payment methods. If you change phones, account recovery options and linked email addresses make it easy to restore access to your points and past orders.

Tips for Maximizing Value

• Check the app before ordering to apply any active coupons or limited-time offers.
• Save frequently ordered meals as favorites to speed up repeat purchases.
• Enable notifications selectively to be notified of high-value deals without excessive alerts.
• Plan orders around reward milestones to combine promotions with point redemptions for greater savings.
