The Official Universal Orlando Resort™ App is a must-have for planning and enjoying your trip. With detailed maps, ride wait times, dining menus, and more, you can easily find everything you need. The app also allows you to place food and drink orders from select locations, join the Virtual Line™ for certain attractions, and enjoy interactive experiences through Universal Play™. You can use the app as an in-app wallet for contactless payments and access your purchases. Additionally, you can create a favorites list, receive notifications on attractions and schedule changes, and stay connected with free Wi-Fi throughout the parks and Universal CityWalk™.

The Universal Orlando Resort™ App has six advantages according to the content:

- Find everything you need: The app provides detailed maps of the theme parks, Universal CityWalk™, and on-site resort hotels. Users can check ride wait times, showtimes, dining venue menus, and locate restrooms. They can also set a parking reminder to find their car easily.

- Place your mobile food and drink order: Users can browse menus and place orders at select locations from anywhere in the park. The app notifies the user when they are nearby and prepares the order for pickup, allowing them to continue enjoying their visit.

- Get ready to ride: The app offers the Virtual Line™ feature, allowing users to secure a return time for select attractions. Users can also enjoy interactive experiences, games, and trivia about the rides through UniversalPlay™.

- Make it your in-app wallet: Users can use the UniversalPay feature to make contactless payments with their in-app wallet while in the park. They can also purchase park tickets and UniversalExpress™ Passes, access their purchases through their account, and set up their TapuTapu™ wearable as a payment method in Universal's VolcanoBay™.

- Create a favorites list: Users can mark their favorite rides, attractions, and more, using it as their own personal "to-do" list. The app provides accurate wait times for all favorite rides and attractions and allows users to set alerts for low wait times and show start times. Users can also access a customized map view to find their way.

- Always be in the know: The app sends in-park notifications on attractions and schedule changes, as well as location-based announcements related to the park the user is in. Users can also find out about special offers and special events. Additionally, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the parks and Universal CityWalk™ to stay connected.
