CTM Buddy

CTM Buddy is a mobile app that allows users to check their mobile data usage and Wi-Fi usage anytime. Users can also check and pay their bills through the app. It provides access to the CTM Bonus Points Scheme, where users can enquire about their bonus points record, expiry date, gift items, and gift redemption. The app also offers online applications for services like mobile, internet, and data roaming. Users can use "TicketEasy" to check the ticket status of CTM shops, draw tickets, and view ticket status. The app also provides features like CTM Wi-Fi autosetting, resending or resetting Wi-Fi password, and locating Wi-Fi hotspots on a map. Users can also check their phone and equipment maintenance status, as well as enquire about IDD, local phone numbers, and data roaming service information. It also provides the location of CTM shops and a shortcut to CTM social media platforms. Some designated functions and information are only available to CTM customers who have activated their account through the app, including usage checking, QR code bill payment for postpaid customers, remaining usage and expiry date for prepaid customers, online applications, CTM membership checking, rewards service, and CTM Wi-Fi password resending and resetting.
