Hey Bolt team, I don't understand how you could have skipped on this feature, it's so easy to implement. You let users choose the reason for cancelling the ride as 'Long pick up time', and 4 times in the row you let the same driver to accept the order, and refunding 4 times, why can't this one be removed from the search list? Awful experience, a driver cancelled my trip and when i booked again they charged me a second time. It's not right to charge people multiple times, in special if the driver cancel it, also it's not fair to have to wait 2 weeks until you get your money back.2024-08-16 05:56:13

I experienced a problem on Monday I left something valuable in the Uber and when I tried calling the driver he did not pick up and then I eventually complained but until today it is not resolved yet and Uber also states that they also can't get a hold of the driver.
