The Tesla app allows owners to control and monitor their vehicles and Powerwalls remotely. Users can check the charging progress, start or stop charging, adjust the car's temperature, lock or unlock the car, locate the vehicle and track its movement, start navigation from favorite apps, grant control of media to passengers, activate lights or honk the horn to find the vehicle, open or close the panoramic roof, summon the vehicle out of the garage or tight parking space (for cars with Autopilot), update the vehicle's software, and engage with Powerwall by monitoring stored energy from solar, usage by the home, and energy exported to the grid. - Navigation integration: The app allows users to send an address from their favorite apps to start navigation in their car.

- Media control: Passengers can quickly control media settings, such as adjusting the volume or changing the media source.

Additionally, the app provides other features like controlling the panoramic roof, summoning the vehicle out of tight parking spaces, updating the vehicle's software, monitoring Powerwall energy storage and usage, and downloading solar production and battery usage data.
