Parkomatica is a parking payment and management app for drivers in Russia that lets you start and stop sessions and pay by card after parking ends, removing the need for prepaid balances, separate parking accounts or physical cards.

Key Features

Parkomatica uses a pay-after-parking model: you add a bank card and the app charges only for the minutes actually parked so no prepayment is required. You can start and stop parking sessions from the app to avoid forgotten payments and fines. The app supports an optional Parkotrone device that can automate session start and stop using GPS when the car is left in a street parking spot; the device is sold separately.

The built-in tariff map displays colored parking zones with different rates so you can choose cheaper areas. The app respects the statutory 15 free minutes before each session and Parkotrone can extend those savings by up to 10 minutes. Parkomatica also provides tools to locate your vehicle on the map whether you use the Parkotrone device or not.
